A former Downtown business owner with a strong committment to her community.  Pat is ready to continue her work on council.

Following two decades working within the corporate world in the field of financial management, Delair has spent the last five years running two small businesses in downtown Wilmington.  Pat is embarking on a new joint venture, Herb & Edible Landscapes.

Delair is a frequent volunteer with the New Hanover County Humane Society and with Residents of Old Wilmington performing volunteer community service projects.  Pat is also a trainer for Safe Dates. Delair has been a fundraiser and volunteer for the NC Special Olympics and is a former company chairperson for the United Way in both Dallas, Texas and Charlotte. Delair has one son, Chris age 24.
