A former Downtown business owner with a strong committment to her community.  Pat is ready to continue her work on council. Following two decades working within the corporate world in the field of financial management, Delair has spent the last five years running two small businesses in downtown Wilmington.  Pat is embarking on a new joint venture, Herb & Edible Landscapes.
